PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> · ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A public hearing was held on Tuesday, October 4, 1983 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Sealcoating <br />Improvement Project #83-12 for Rum Acres Estates I and II. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Oou~cilmember ~ary Reimann <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 7:36 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that the City Staff did send Mr. Miller a notice and <br />Mr. Miller has stated that he did not receive any notice and that he will <br />not be able to attend tonight's meeting. Mr. Schnelle stated that the <br />residence in question is a summer cabin on the Rum River and it is occupied. <br />Mr. Schnelle also noted that there is a mobile home on the property but that <br />it was not determined whether or not anyone is residing in that home. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that there is only one driveway accessing to <br />Juniper Ridge Drive and he is recommending one assessment which will be <br />added to the assessment rolls. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
