PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Tuesday, September 20, <br />1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the special meeting to order at 7:42 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />The special meeting adjourned at 7:42 p.m. in order to conduct the following <br />public hearing: <br /> <br />1. Commercial Development Revenue Bond ($2,500,000) for the Ramsey Centre <br /> Associates Project. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the special meeting back to order at 7:44 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />Case #5: Appointing Of City Insurance Agent <br /> <br />Case #6: Open Discussion On Computer Uses <br /> <br />Case #7: Mr. Robert Isakson's Resignation From Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Schlueter <br />and Sorteberg. Voting No: None.
