CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 23, 2004, at <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number I, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Todd Cook <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Public Works Director Dean Kapler <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. and called <br />upon Assistant City Administrator Nelson to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamcc congratulated Police Chief Way, Public Works Director/Fire Chief Kapler, and <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson for their involvement in a race over the weekend, and City <br />Administrator Norman for his involvement in a race in Virginia over the weekend. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was nonc. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Counci hnember Cook requested Case #15 be moved up to Case lA. <br /> <br />Councilmembcr Pearson indicated he will make comments regarding the Ramsey Town Center <br />Review Board under the Council/Mayor Input portion of the agenda. <br /> <br /> City Council/March 23, 2004 <br /> Page 3 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
