Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br /> <br />Anoka Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Bjorn Skogquist <br />Councilmember Mark Freeburg <br />Councilmember Paul Pierce 1II <br />Councilmember Doff Schumacher <br />Councilmember John Weaver <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Manager Tim Cruikshank <br />Community Development Director Robert Kirchner <br />Planning Director Carolyn Braun <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the joint meeting of the City Councils to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Highway 47, CSAH 116, and T.H. #10 Corridor <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec explained the City of Ramsey has completed improvements on Highway 47 from <br />Highway 116 to 153rd Avenue that has helped to move the traffic along. He stated the whole <br />corridor is important and is a concern to their citizens. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak reported she received a phone call from a resident in the area east side of <br />Highway 47 and north of Highway 116 requesting that she meet with neighbors to discuss <br /> <br /> City Council/March 8, 2004 <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
