Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. followed by <br />the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION ON THE ANNUAL REPORT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec presented the annual report of the City of Ramsey. He thanked the organizations <br />and clubs that have helped the City to grow and the Councilmembers for their work over the last <br />year. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION OF THE MAYOR PRAYER BREAKFAST PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec presented the Mayor Prayer Breakfast Proclamation, which will be signed by the <br />mayors of Ramsey, Anoka and Andover. He explained Friday, March 19, 2004 will be Youth <br />First Day in the cities of Ramsey, Anoka and Andover, with the breakfast held at Lord of Life <br />Church at 7:00 a.m. <br /> <br />City Council/March 9, 2004 <br /> Page 2 of 22 <br /> <br /> <br />
