ORDINANCE #04-08 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP- TER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMA~_Y Tire following official summary of Ordinance//04-08 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as dearly informing I_he public of the intent and effect of the ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance tt04-08 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision) to amehd architectural stan- (lards for all medium~density residential development in the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVEJP_~_T.~ The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its. passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5:07.
