ORDINANCE #04-09 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CHAPYER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP-' T£R 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #04-09 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as dearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #04-09 to amend Ramsey City . Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision) to amend architectural stan- dards for all high-density residential development in the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2, EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
