ORDINANCE #04-10 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> ~;TATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF <br /> THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS <br /> KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVI- <br /> SION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br /> CODE. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- <br /> TIONS 9.20.11 (R-1 RESIDENTIAL DIS- <br /> TRICT), 9.20.12 (R-2 RESIDENTIAL DIS- <br /> TRICT), AND 9.20.13 (R-3 RESIDENTIAL <br /> DISTRICT) OF THE CITY CODE OF RAM- <br /> SEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> FOR ,PUBLICATION <br /> The following is the official summary <br />.of Ordinance #04-10, which has been <br /> approved by the City Council of the .City <br /> of Ramsey as clearly informing the public <br /> of the intent and effect of the ordinance: <br /> Section 9.20.11 (R-1 Residential <br />District), Subd. 6..E (General R-1 <br />Residentia~ Performance Standards~ Lot <br />Landscaping) is amended to require two <br />overstory trees per unit. Sections <br />9.20.12, Subd. 5.f (R-2 Residential <br />District, General R-2 Residential <br />Performance Standards, Lot Landscaping) <br />and 9.20.13, Subd. 5.e (R-3 Residential <br />District, General R-3 Residential <br />Performance Standards, Lo1 Landscaping) <br />are proposed to be modified to establish' <br />minimum landscaping requirements <br />based on desired canopy coyer at plant <br />maturity versus stem count~ per unit at <br />time of platting. ~ <br /> SECTION 2.
