oRDINANCE #04-12 CITY OF RAMSE¥ ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF 145TH AVENUE NW FROM SUNWOOD DRIVE NW TO SUNFISH LAKE DRIVE NW TO 146TH LANE NW, AND ~46TH AVENUE NW FROM SUN- WOOD DRIVE NW TO SUNFISH LAKE DRIVE NW TO 147TH AVENUE NW The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. NAME CHANGE Tile name of 145th Avenue NW from Sunwood Drive NW to Sunfish Lake Drive NW shall become 146th Lane NW, and the name of 146th Avenue NW from Sunwood Dr~ve NW to Sunfish Lake Drive NW shall become 147th Avenue NW. The above name changes shall become effective January 1, 2005. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and (30) thirty days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
