CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: Strcetscape Design for RTC <br /> <br />By: Brian E. Olson, Assistant Director of Public <br />Works/Principal City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The purpose of this case is to discuss the Streetscape Design for Ramsey Town Center. <br />Bruce Jacobson from Close Landscape Architects and Leo Offerman from Connexus <br />Energy will be on hand to review the proposed plans for paving, crosswalks, lighting, <br />signage, plantings, furnishings, fences and screening, plazas and gathering spaces, and <br />public art within Town Center.
