8. That the Permit specifically prohibits parking vehicles for sale on any street or on any <br /> unimproved surface areas. <br /> 9. That the PERMITTEE maintains adequate drive aisles within the parking space. <br /> 10. That this PERMITTEE must obey all sign restrictions as stated in Section 117, Division <br /> 8 (Signs) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> 11. That the Permit specifically prohibits the use of outdoor speaker devices. <br /> 12. That the PERMITTEE must comply with public nuisance ordinance requirements related <br /> to inoperable vehicles and other public nuisances as outlined in City Code Chapter 30 on <br /> the Subject Property. <br /> 13. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied <br /> with. <br /> 14. That the PERMITTEE shall be responsible for all CITY costs incurred in administering <br /> and enforcing this Permit. <br /> 15. That the City Administrator,or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the Subject <br /> Property for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br /> request. <br /> 16. That this Permit shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by July 28, 2016 and <br /> issuance of a building permit shall constitute initiation. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> RESOLUTION #15-07-168 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
