Updated Surface Water Management Plan (SWMP) <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Solution 2: <br />Requirement 3: <br />Solution 3: <br />Requirement 4: The City needs to include activities to be undertaken along with <br />numerical goals, strategies and timelines. <br />Solution 4: The City's SWPPP, available on the City website and attached in <br />Appendix B, includes BMPs describing the necessary activities, <br />numerical goals, strategies and timelines. <br />Table 18 is an implementation process list of the recommended actions, timing, <br />responsible party, and the cost or funding sources which are presented for the City <br />Council's consideration based upon the data compiled in this report. Actions are listed in <br />order of priority, from highest to lowest. <br />Pretreatment of storm water prior to discharge is required for <br />discharge into all wetland types. <br />The City has completed a MNRAM evaluation of all of wetlands <br />within city limits and greater than '/ acre in size. The report is <br />available at the Municipal Center.
