This proposed expansion will increase <br />the size of the existing Life Fitness building in Ramsey from 280,000 square feet to 328,500 total <br />square feet at a cost of approximately $4,000,000. In addition, the proposed project includes an <br />acquisition and clean-up of the contiguous Health Quest property to prepare Life Fitness for its <br />future second expansion in Ramsey.
