[Ehlers will e-mail notice & map to the <br />Anoka County Union on or before August 31, 2015 to publicnotice@ecm- <br />inc. com] <br />City Council opens public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on the modification to the <br />Development Program for Development District No. 1 and the establishment <br />of Tax Increment Financing District No. 15 (Life Fitness). [Ehlers will email <br />Council packet information to the City on or before September 15, 2015.] <br />City Council passes a resolution approving the Program Modification and <br />TIF Plan. <br />City Council passes a resolution authorizing an interfund loan in connection <br />with TIF District No. 15 (Life Fitness). <br />City Council approves a business subsidies agreement. <br />September 23, 2015 City can issue building permits. <br />Ehlers files Program Modification and TIF Plan with the MN Department of <br />Revenue, OSA and Anoka County. <br />
