Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-07-177 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MULTIPLE AGREEMENTS LOT 3, BLOCK 1, COR ONE <br />AND OUTLOT A, COR ONE. <br />WHEREAS, on March 24, 2015, the City of Ramsey received an application and plans for <br />sketch plan, final plat and site plan from CommonBond Communities to replat Outlot A, COR <br />ONE into one buildable lot; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 12, 2015, the City Council approved the Final Plat and Site Plan for <br />Sunwood Village; and <br />WHEREAS, a Declaration of Reciprocal Driveway Easements and Drainage and Utility <br />Easements was approved by the City of Ramey' s Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) <br />in April of 2012 benefiting both Lot 3, Block 1, COR ONE and Outlot A, COR ONE, and an error <br />was discovered in the legal description of said reciprocal driveway easement; and <br />WHEREAS, as of January 1, 2015, the HRA was dissolved and all holdings were <br />transferred to the City of Ramsey; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 10, 2014, the Metropolitan Council approved two (2) funding <br />awards for Sunwood Village for a total of $780,000; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has already accepted the grant awards on behalf of Sunwood Village <br />and CommondBond Communities is requesting the City enter into a Sub -Grant Agreement with <br />CommonBond Communities; and <br />WHEREAS, one of the items noted in the Staff Review Letter was the need for an <br />Easement Agreement to address the encroachment of public sidewalks along both Sunwood and <br />Veterans Drives onto Lot 1 Block 1 Sunwood Village; and <br />WHEREAS, upon closing on the land transaction with the City of Ramsey, CB Ramsey <br />Housing Limited Partnership will be the owner of Lot 1 Block 1 SUNWOOD VILLAGE and has <br />agreed to grant to the City of Ramsey an Easement Agreement to ensure public use of the sidewalk. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the following agreements related to Sunwood <br />Village by CommonBond Communities, all subject to review and approval by the City Attorney <br />as to legal form. <br />1) Amended Reciprocal Driveway and Drainage and Utility Easement <br />
