V. <br />That other property in said City, County and State and in the pertinent school <br />district and locale was arbitrarily, systematically or intentionally undervalued and <br />underassessed for real estate taxes payable in 2006. <br />VI. <br />That the valuation and assessment determined by the Assessor for said property <br />and the resultant tax imposed on said property are contrary to and in violation of <br />Chapters 272, 273 and 278 of Minnesota Statutes; Article X, Section 1 of the <br />Constitution of the State of Minnesota; and the Fourteenth Amendment to the <br />Constitution of the United States. <br />WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays for judgment of the Court: (1) determining the <br />validity of the claims and objections of Petitioner with respect to the valuation and <br />assessment of said property for real estate taxes payable in 2006; (2) that the <br />estimated market value for said property be reduced from the value placed upon it by <br />the Assessor; (3) that the assessed valuation and real estate taxes payable on said <br />property be reduced consistent with the reduction in the estimated market value; (4) <br />that Petitioner receive its costs and disbursements and reasonable attorney's fees <br />incurred herein; and (5) for such other and further relief as the Court deems <br />appropriate. <br />Dated: April 7, 2006 <br />The. dore J.
