SPECIAL MEETING OF HANSEY TOWN BOARD <br /> June &, 197~ <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 8=00 p.m. by the Chairman, <br />Mr. Cox. Present were Mr. Hopperstad, Mr. Nelson, Mrs. Oliphant <br />and Attorney Goodrich. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich explained the upcoming incorporation proceedings to <br />the Board and asked if ~hey had any q~.estions or suggestions. <br />The election could be set for August 6, 197~ if the incorporation <br />is signed at the next hearing on June 10, 197~. .The term of mayor <br />is for two years and the councilmen for two, three and four years. <br /> <br />Dolomite Street Excavation~ This lot is in the process of being <br />sold to Mr. Moriarty, who will take care of filling in this exca- <br />vation. <br /> <br />Hagen Builders~ Aut,,-- Heights Plat. Discussion on this plat. <br />Mr. Hopperstadm~vedwe accept this Planned Unit Development pre- <br />li~inary a~ presented and the rezoning of 120 acres to the Planned <br />Unit Development. Seconded by Mr. Nelson..Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Howard Gobert~ He has paid the $200 park fee on the lot that <br />he is subdividing into two lots. He wants to get a variance to <br /> <br />divide this land of 3.2 acres by metes and bounds. It is located <br />on 167th Ave. N.W. about one block west of County Road No. <br />is felt that for his own protection he should plat this land. Mr. <br />Hoppersf~d moved we deny this variance. Seconded by Mr. Nelson. <br />Motion carriedwith four in favor of denying this request. <br /> <br />Jerry Root, He received a letter from our attorney suggesting <br />that he ceases his operation of running a repair garage in a resi- <br />dential neighborhood. He said he is moving to the Howard Trailer <br />Sa les location on Highway 10. He wanted permission to have three <br />cars besides the family cars on the residential location. He does <br />not want to quit his operation here entirely. This car repair bus- <br />iness does not fit into the-home occupation category. Mr. Hopper- <br />stadmoved that'we wait until July let at which time this business <br />is to termtnate at his present location. Seconded by Mre. Oliphant. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Roads in Bar~hel'sRumRiverAcrea. These roads were inspected on <br />May 28, 197~ by the engineer. The final on this plat was accepted <br />on September 18, 1972. Therefore all roads must be 8urfacedwith <br />Claes V gravel in the amount of 2 inches. $1,OOOperhalf mile of <br />accepted roadway is the bonding schedule. Tennis one year after <br />the first building permit is issued. Web-All notify Barthel's <br />Realty andourengineer about this. <br /> <br />Mr. Hutchinson= He stated the system installed at the Richard Lahn <br />residence didn. t comply withthe code. This system has not been <br /> <br />opened and there was a question as to how he would know anything <br />about the system under this circumstance. He spoke about sewage <br /> <br />sySt~o <br /> <br />Mr. Lahn asked for a lot plan. Mr. Cox read a letter received from <br />the Anoka County Health Dopant. His system is less th~ four <br />years old but he is the second owner of this property. The well <br />company has drilled a new well in the front of this house. Mr. West <br />agrees to hook up the well as soon as the rain subsides. Mr. Lahn <br /> <br /> <br />
