City of #k" <br />RAMSEY <br />Proclamation <br />Recognizing Mr. Wayne Jeffrey <br />Whereas, Wayne Jeffrey has retired after serving as a pharmacist in the City <br />of Ramsey for 35 years; and <br />Whereas, Mr. Jeffrey was a Ramsey business owner for over 26 years where <br />he grew a patient base of 25,000 and grew a business that employed several <br />people; and <br />Whereas, over the years as a business owner, Wayne Jeffrey <br />sponsored/supported Ramsey Youth Athletic Association sports groups; and <br />Whereas, customers and fellow pharmacists alike call Mr. Jeffrey <br />compassionate, trusted, professional, caring, and one who went "above and <br />beyond" when it came to his patients/customers; and <br />Whereas, Wayne Jeffrey is being honored as well for his humanitarian roles <br />such as medical mission trips to Guatemala and mission trips to the Red Lake Indian <br />Reservation in Minnesota; and <br />Whereas, Wayne is not retiring from his humanitarian roles or his role as <br />friend in the community. <br />Now, therefore, be it proclaimed, that the City Council of the City of Ramsey <br />hereby publicly recognizes and honors Wayne Jeffrey for his years of service to the <br />area and his accomplishments as a business owner in the City of Ramsey. <br />Whereupon this Proclamation by, and on behalf of, the Ramsey City Council is <br />dated and signed this 25th day of August, 2015 by the Mayor and City Clerk. <br />411111111111111111 <br />LIL J <br />City <br />erk Jo llhi: Zing <br />Mayor Sarah Strommen <br />It is our mission to work together to responsible grow our community, <br />and to provide quality, cost-effective, and efficient government services. <br />
