ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATION <br />This Lease Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Tenant and Landlord. <br />No oral agreement related to the terms of this Lease Agreement has been entered into <br />between the parties. Any and all prior understanding or representation of any kind <br />preceding the date of this Lease Agreement shall not be binding upon either party.
