AUDIT AND BUDGET MEETING OF R~SEY TOWN BOARD March 5, 1974 The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Murphy, at 7:00 p.m. Present were Mr. Cox, Mr. Hopperstad, Mr. Peter- son, Clerk, Mr. Roger Gorham, Treasurer, and Mrs. Kathleen Anderson, who has filed for Treasurer for the ensuing year and is the only person who has filed for Treasurer. Financial statement is attached to these minutes. BUDGET for 1974-1975 General $20,500.00 Road & Bridge 45,000.00 Fire 6,000.00 Equipment 20,000.00 Revenue Sharing 10,000.00 Park Fund 7,500.00 Building Fund 10,000.00 Total $119,000.00 Last year the balance on hand was $97,854.95 This year the balance on hand is $109,589.05 Mr. Cox moved we recommend this budget for the annual meeting for a total of $119,O00. Seconded by Mr. Murphy. Motion carried. This meeting was closed to be continued March 11, 1974. This meeting was continued March 11, 1974 at 11:30 a.m. were Mr. Murphy, Mr. Cox, and Mr. Hopperstad. Present Mr. & Mrs. Peltzer were present requesting approval of a variance in Subdivision Tracts - SW¼ of SW¼ of Sec. 22, Twp. 32, Range 25, lots A, B, C, D, H, and G. Mr. Hopperstad moved that Subdivision Tract - SW¼ of SW¼ of Sec. 22, Twp. 32, Range 25, Lots A, B, C, D, H, and G. be granted a variance and Mr. Peltzer be permitted to sell these lots which were measured out before Platting Ordinance No. 8 was adopted. Seconded by Mr. Murphy. Motion carried. The secretary will contact Mike Auspos to start checking trucks on Sunfish Lake Blvd. N. W. for illegal weight. He is to write out citations for trucks which are over the legal weight limit. It was suggested that he contact the County Sheriff's office to see if he could borrow some portable scales for this purpose.
