Featuring <br />Tumblin' Dice, one of the best Rolling Stones tribute bands around! Stop by early for the Ramsey <br />Farmers Market, running from 3:00-7:00 pm. <br />The Draw Summer Event Series comes to an end next week on Thursday, September 3, with the <br />Park Patron Picnic from 5:30-7:00 pm. Attached to <br />this Weekly Update is a Full Concert Schedule and a Summer Event Series Flyer. <br />Pay Equity Compliance: Every three years the City is required to submit a Pay Equity Report to <br />Minnesota Management and Budget. Pay Equity is a method of eliminating discrimination against <br />women who are paid less than men for jobs requiring comparable levels of expertise. The City <br />recently received notice that it is compliant with the Local Government Pay Equity Act. The <br />compliance report includes four tests: the completeness and accuracy test, the statistical analysis <br />test, the salary range test and exceptional service pay test. The City passed all four tests. <br />Highway 10 & Armstrong Boulevard Interchange — <br />• Work is progressing on the railroad bridge abutments with the north abutment being <br />complete. <br />• The retaining wall along northbound Armstrong Boulevard, north of the railroad tracks, is <br />complete. <br />• Crews are working to complete the retaining wall along southbound Armstrong <br />Boulevard, north of the railroad tracks. <br />• Work began last week on the westbound on-ramp for Highway 10. <br />• Substantial project completion is scheduled for the end of October, 2015. <br />Garnet Street & 168" Avenue Reconstruction — <br />• Utilities work is complete. <br />• The soils correction subcut is nearly complete. <br />• Construction is anticipated to be complete by mid-October, weather permitting. <br />Jarvis Street Reconstruction — <br />• Pavement reclamation work is underway. <br />• Construction is anticipated to be completed by the end of October, weather permitting. <br />
