<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-08-190 <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR TOWN CENTER <br />RD <br />GARDENS 3ADDITION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on August 9, 2005, the City Council approved the final plat and site plan <br />rd <br />for Town Center Gardens 3Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on July 2, 2015, the City received an application for a site plan <br />amendment to eliminate the patio division walls and concrete patio areas on the center units of <br />the properties of 14787, 14851, and 14875 Olivine St. NW and be replaced with landscaping; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on August 6, 2015, the Planning Commission reviewed the request and <br />recommended approval/denial of the amended site plan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves an amendment to the site plan for Town <br />Center Gardens Third Addition that eliminates the patio division walls and the concrete <br />patio area from the center units of the properties of 14787, 14851, and 14875 Olivine St. <br />NW and replaces them with landscaping. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
