<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-08-193 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT FOR RIDGEPOINT <br />DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #15-21 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />Village Bank is proposing to construct a seven (7) unit single-family <br />residential development known as the Ridgepoint development on property it owns as <br />described in the attached Assessment Agreement; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />Village Bank desires to have the City construct the public <br />improvements for the Ridgepoint development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />Village Bank agrees to the City specially assessing 100% of the costs <br />to construct the proposed public improvements against the seven parcels within the Ridgepoint <br />development. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> <br />1) That said Assessment Agreement is hereby approved allowing the City to assess <br />Village Bank for 100% of the costs incurred by the City to construct the Ridgepoint <br />development public improvements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
