WE:AVER, TAI..LE 8- FtE'.RIRICK <br /> <br />August 9, .1973 <br /> <br />TO: B~L~RY G. <br /> <br />This is to certify that I have this day examined the title to the following: <br /> <br />The South 435.60 feet of the West 500 feet of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, as measured at right angles <br />to the West and South lines thereof, together with an easen:ent <br />for ingress and egress over the East 66 feet of the West 500 <br />feet of the North~zest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying <br />North of the South 435.60 feet thereof; and the East 66 feet of <br />the West 500 feet of the South'west Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 33, Township 33, Range 25, in ~-uoka County, <br />Minnesota, lying South of the center line of the.County Road <br />No. 64 as it is laid out and travelled° <br /> <br />by examining the Abstract of Title last certified to on the 26th day of July, <br />1973, together with an examination of the tax and the judgment certificates <br />attached thereto. From such an examination, I am of the opinion that good and <br />marketable title to the said premises was on that date in <br /> <br />RIVER SHORES ESTATES, INC. ~ a Mirn~esota corporation, an <br />undivided one-half interest; and, <br /> <br />J. W. McCABE, an undivided one-half interest. <br /> <br />Subject, however, to the following exceptions and encumbrances thereon= <br /> <br />1.
