SPECIAL MEETING OF RAMSEY TOVfN BOARD
June 25, 1973

This meeting was called at the request of Miss Julie Mathews
of Mathew Builders for which she is paying $1OO.00 to examine
and consider a variance she is requesting on a lot on 157th
Avenue N. W. per attached legal description. The meeting was
called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Murphy. Present were Mr.
Cox, Mr. Hopperstad and Mr. Peterson. The meeting was called
to order at 7:00 p.m.

M~ss Mathews stated Mr. Pittman had the legal description and
had checked out the lot. Mr. Lawrence, her builder, had put
the location of the proposed house, the well and the septic
tank on this certificate of survey and the building permit would
be issued only on this basis. The Building Inspector said this
was a buildable lot if used as directed. Miss Mathews did not
have the certificate of survey with her so she left the meeting
to go to Mr. Pittman's house to get it and brought it back to
the meeting. It was disc~s~sed by the Board and with Miss Math-
ews. Mr. Hopperstad moved that we grant this variance provid-
ing everything is put in according to the Building Inspector's
directions. Seconded by Mr. Cox. Then when this work has been
completed, the roads will be checked and if they are satisfactory
they will be accepted. At this time ~he performance bond will be
released and a maintenance bond will be needed for one year's
maintenance according to Platting Ordinance No. 8.

Variance for Mr. Hillstrom was discussed. We will send him a
letter requesting $100.OO for parks for the lot on which we re-
ceived the variance this spring.

Mr. Murphy requested Mr. Hopperstad to check up on two lots on
which taxes are delinquent which might be used for a park for
the Township.

Mr. Murphy will contact the Elk River Township about the road in
the northwestern part of Ramsey Township.

Mr. Hopperstad moved the meeting be adjourned.
Cox.
