BOARD OF REVIEW FOR RAMSEY TOWNSHIP <br /> May 17, 1973 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by the Chairman, Mr. <br />Murphy. Present were Mr. Cox, Mr. Hopperstad, Mr. Peterson, Clerk, <br />Mr. Larson, Assessor and Mr. Kenneth Cobbs, appraiser for Anoka <br />County. <br /> <br />Mr. Larson explained the purpose of the Board of Review. Mr. Cobbs <br />explained the method used in computing taxes. If a person feels <br />his property is not worth the market value placed on it by the <br />assessor then he should be here. If a person feels his property <br />is worth what it is valued at by the assessor, then this person <br />should not be here. <br /> <br />The following people were heard at the review. <br /> <br />Dennis Tennison, Plat 89201, Parcels 156, 165, and 205. <br /> No changes were made. <br /> <br />Arlan Enfield, Plat 89226, Parcel 110,100. <br /> No changes were made. <br /> <br />Gary Reimann, Plat 89201, Parcel 1020. <br /> No changes were made. <br /> <br />Willis Coe, Plat 89215, Parcel 2860. Mr. Cox moved that his <br /> land value remain the same as last year, which was $9,572, <br /> a reduction of $724. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> <br />Marguerite Goss, Plat 89322, Parcel 4800. No changes were made. <br />She was referred back to the County for the Green Acres Law. <br /> <br />James Fitzpatrick, Plat 89327, Parcel 3800. <br /> No changes were made. <br /> <br />Ludwig Hanus, Plat 89226, Parcel 1800. <br /> No changes were made. <br /> <br />Benjamin Brom, Plat 89803, Parcel 2040, Lot 12, Block 5. Mr. <br /> Brom was referred to Mr. Felegy of Shoreland Management at <br /> the County. <br /> <br />Charles LeMontagne, Plat 89215, Parcel 3120. <br /> No changes were made. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Ralph Elofson, Plat 89324, Parcel 4400-5, Oak Terrace Estates <br /> Trailer Park. Mr. Cox moved that Mr. Elofson ask the County <br /> to readjust this valuation in view of the small size of the <br /> lots in this trailer park and lessen the vacacy to 10% in- <br /> stead of the 5% they were using, and change the. market value <br /> from $287,730 to $258,700. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Mo- <br /> tion carried· <br /> <br /> <br />
