ptINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICA TI~ NOTICE TO RESIOENTSOF RAMSEYTOWNSHIP ANNUAL TOWN MEETING The Citizens of the ,T,own of Ramsey in the County of Anoka and State"of Minnesota, who are qualified to vote at General E;lections, are hereby notified that the Annual Town Meeting for said Town will be heid at RAMSEY TOWN HAl-L in said Town on TUESDA y, the 13th day of March, 1973, between the hours of 7:00 o'clock in the forenoon and 8 :00 o'clock in the afternoon of the same day for the following purposes: To elect one Supervisor for the term of three years, to fill the place Of L DON SCARBOROUGH whose term expires; and is presently filled by Jerry Hopperstad, 'by appointment. Toelect one Treasurer for a term of two years Toelect one Constable for a term of two years The Annual Meeting will be held at 8:30 o'clock in rooms 6OS.60SA.60SB at the Anoka Tee Center located on West Highway No. 10 to do any other business proper to bedone at said meeting when convened. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week. (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly dupli- cate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75% of its total circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second-class matter in its local post-office. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of Anoka in the County of Anoka and it has its known office of issue in the City of An'1ka in said county, established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertise- ments and sale of subscriptions and maintained by Arch G. Pease or persons in his employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours and at which said newspaper is printed. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper has com- plied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affi- davit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by Arch G.
