SPECIAL MEETING OF RAMSEY TOWN BOARD <br /> March 7, 1973 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Murphy at <br />1:10 p.m. Present were Mr. Cox and Mr. Hopperstad. The meet- <br />ing was called at the request of Luke and Son for the purpose <br />of making a decision on a variance in Dunham Oaks, the cost of <br />the meeting to be paid by Luke and Son. This variance had been <br />recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission at their March <br />5th meeting. <br /> <br />The variance requested was for Lot 13, Block 1, Plat 5 in Dunham <br />Oaks, the house to face on Bailly Street. The house he wants to <br />put on this lot is 26 x 68 and is too large for the size of the <br />lot. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved this variance be granted as recommended by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved that from now on any special meeting called <br />for by any individual would cost $100.00. Seconded by Mr. Cox. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by Mr. Hopper- <br />stad. Motion carried.
