Otto Schmid explained his proposal and presented each o~e With <br />a copy. He said it would be a team oomce~t with three to four <br />people. He said after the study was completed theM felt they <br />should keep in touch to revise it as time goes o'n. Planning is <br />an effort on the part of the entire comzaunity. It should relate <br />to all people in the community and be a true co,mr:unity effort. <br />It would be a November start, and a ]viarch .finish with a certain <br />number o.f." appearances before the Municipal Co~m,~ission.
