City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:35 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Further Discussion of 2016 Proposed Budget and Levies and Review of 5 -Year <br />Budget (2016-2020) <br />City Administrator Ulrich noted that this is the second meeting for review of the budget and <br />briefly advised of the information that was included in the Council packet. He stated that after <br />Finance Director Lund reviews the staff report there will be a general presentation on personnel <br />and trends in that area. <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report noting that she would be reviewing the <br />attachments in the order they are displayed in the packet.
