8. Jobs: The Development Agreement and Business Subsidy Agreement will require the <br />creation of at least an additional 26 new full time equivalent jobs on the Property at <br />wage rates that are $16.85 per hour, not including benefits. <br />9. Building Value: The building to be constructed upon the Property is anticipated to have <br />a value of approximately $40.00 per square foot. <br />10. Fees: The Developer remitted to the City the sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred <br />Dollars ($7,500.00) to pay for the reasonable out-of-pocket legal, financial consultant <br />and administrative fees associated with this transaction. <br />
