This approval was
given him at a meeting in the attorney's office lasf
month. Mr. Scarborough said Mr. Wallon has
permission to call the B & B Co. in case of dangerous
dogs. Mr. Wallon should be called by the residents if
there are unlicensed dogs running around loose or if
there is trouble with dogs.

Street Signs: The street sign has been corrected to
Rhinestone St. The other two signs could not be placed
because the streets had not been cut through and they
didn't know where to put them. These streets are in the
Miller Addition. Any signs put in from now on are to be
put in and paid for by the developer and are to
, conform to the signs that have already been put in by
the Township. Mr. Scarborough moved that we pay the
sign company the balance owing them of $500.00.
Seconded by Mr. Murphy.

The minutes of the last Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting were read by Mr. Reimann. the
Chairman. We will need a registration period for
new people in the Township to register: We must have a
nimimum of three days that will be open for future
registration. At this
time there are no temporary trailer house permits out
on issue. The state code requires that jf any trailer is
being lived in it must meet the local building COde in all
respects. The building Inspector will check this out.

Jerry Bauer Building Permit: Mr. Bauer was issued
a building permit for a Single dwelling. It seems there
... are two electrical systems gOing into the house. If this .J
is gOing to be a double dwelling Mr. Bauer will have to
obtain a new permit because the permit he has is
invalid for a double dwelling. The Clerk will write Mr.
Bauer a letter and tell him his permit was for a single
dewlling and that if he plans on .a double dwelling_he
will have to get a new permit and make the necessary
changes.
