City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br />City Attorney Joe Langel <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:04 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Strommen. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Presentation Proclaiming September 17-23, 2015 as Constitution Week <br />Sandy Connor, representing the Daughters of the American Revolution, provided information on <br />Constitution Week, which was originally enacted by Congress to recognize the signing of the <br />Constitution. <br />Mayor Strommen read aloud the proclamation declaring September 17-23, 2015 as Constitution <br />Week. <br />Sandy Connor thanked the Mayor and City Council for the proclamation and support. <br />City Council / August 25, 2015 <br />Page 2 of 14 <br />
