Passed ~animous!y. <br /> <br />Mr. ~esley Hunter brought a transfer of some of his land whichhad <br />to be signed by some of the members of tho Town Board. Ho said the <br />property would be kept on the tax rolls. <br /> <br />Multiple [iomesl Mr. sea, borough moved that this matter be referred <br />to the Zonimg and Planning Comml~sion to conduct a hearing on this <br />~matter. Seconded by Mr. Mushy. A hearing is to be held within <br />30 days. The Commission is to notify the Town Clerk as to when they <br />want this hearing to be held on multiple dwellings of any type. <br />~. ~toarboroug~h also reminded the Zoning Commission they have a com- <br />mittee which is to meet with the To~ns~ip attorney about the zoning <br />COde. <br /> <br />~lr. aca~borough m~ved that the minutes o£ the ZonLug Co~cission <br />meeting be read concerning recommendations pertaining to the build- <br />ing code. f'leconded by Mr. Murphy. <br /> <br />It was brought to the attention of the Town Bo~rfl that Rand ~oad <br />has had, many bad holes in it for a long time m~d the residents liv- <br />ing on this road would like to have them taken care of before winter. <br />A question was raised about the perfor~nce bond o~ this road by <br />H ,~ ~. Mr. 3oa~borough moved that the contractor be contacted about <br />this performance bond to see if he is liable to ~e~a. ir this ~oad. <br />Seconded by i:~r. Murphy. Motion passed unanir~usly. <br /> <br />Mr. (;reenberg asked, a question about moving a ce~eta~y in tho Town- <br />~hip. Bender dedicated this property to the To~ship. The~e are <br />about 20 graves in this eemeta~y. G~aves go back to the Indian <br />~ars. It was suggested that the Historical Society mi~t be in- <br />terested in it. Something should be done about it. <br /> <br />Another situation was b~ou?~ht up about Hy. 56 and the R.H. tracks. <br />It was stated that the material is there an~ all ready to go but <br />nothing is being done about it. <br /> <br />it was suggested that roads should be deeded to Eamsey To~mship as <br />soon as finished and should then be recorded to save resldent~ great <br />expense in the b~inglmg up-to-date of abstracts. Mr. ~kipton sug- <br />gested that the Towm Board contact former developer~ to ask them <br />to have their roads deeded tO the To. ship. <br /> <br />Mr. Murohy moved that the meeting be adjourned.
