<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-09-237 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CERTIFICATE OF <br />COMPLETION IN RELATION TO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY AND BASALT PROPERTIES LLC. <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, The City of Ramsey and Basalt Properties LLC entered into a Contract for <br />Private Development on September 30, 2003 (the “Original Contract”); and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />The Original Contract calls for a Certificate of Completion to be executed <br />by the City of Ramsey upon the completion of all minimum site improvements as described in <br />the Original Contract; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Basalt Properties LLC has completed all required Minimum Improvements; <br />and, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1) The City of Ramsey authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator execute the Certificate <br />of Completion, Exhibit E, of the Contract for Private Development between the City of <br />Ramsey and Riverside Manufacturing (document number 1869469.000). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />LeTourneau and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> <br />
