ARTICLE IX <br />ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS <br />Section 9.1 Conflict of Interests Representatives Not Individually Liable No City <br />officer who is authorized to take part in any manner in making this Agreement in his or her <br />official capacity shall voluntarily have a personal financial interest in this Agreement or benefit <br />financially therefrom No member, official, or employee of the City shall be personally liable to <br />Developei, or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the City or for <br />any amount which may become due to the Developer or successor or on any obligations under <br />the terms of this Agreement <br />Section 9 2. Agreement Recorded This Agreement shall run with the Development <br />Property until the Maturity Date and shall be recorded by the City in the office of the Anoka <br />County Recorder <br />Section 9 3 Non -Discrimination During the life of this contract, the provisions of M S <br />§ 181 59, which relate to civil rights and non-discrimination, and any affirmative action program <br />of the City, shall be considered a part of this Agreement and binding on the Developer as though <br />fully set forth herein <br />Section 9 4 Amendment, This Agreement may be amended by the parties hereto only by <br />written instrument executed in accordance with the same procedures and formality followed for <br />the execution of this Agreement <br />Section 9 5 Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in any number of <br />counterparts, each of which shall constitute one and the same instrument <br />Section 9.6 Notices and Demands.
