Exhibit G AGREEMENT TO PAY DEFICIENCIES THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered as of this 25th day of April, 2006, by and between the City of Ramsey, a Minnesota municipal corporation, having its principal office at 15 153 Nowthen Boulevard Northwest, Ramsey_ Minnesota 55303 (the "Cite') and RIVERSIDE MANUFACTURING, INC., A MINNESOTA CORPORATION, having its principal office at 9944 Hwy 10 NW, Elk; River, MN 55330 (the "Developer"); WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the City and the Developer have entered into an agreement entitled Contract for Private Development dated April 25. 2006 (the "Agreement") regarding development of certain real property situated in the City of Ramsey, legally described as: The East 500 feet of the South 200 feet (as measured along the East and South lines respectively) of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4 of SE `/4) of Section numbered Twenty-seven (27). Township Thirty-two (32) North, of Range Twenty-five (25) West. Subject to an easement for road purposes over the North 33 feet thereof and over the East 93 feet thereof.
