Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-09-219 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2016 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2016 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 8,496,463 <br />Licenses and Permits 447,100 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 442,555 <br />Charges for Services 611,700 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 71,000 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 160,000 <br />Miscellaneous 15,800 <br />Other Financing Sources 892,256 <br />Total Revenues $11,136,874 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 2,973,809 <br />Public Safety 4,697,303 <br />Public Works 2,271,116 <br />Parks and Recreation 1,044,452 <br />Contingency 27,025 <br />Other Financing Uses 123,169 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 11,136,874 <br />2) That the Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2015.
