I <br />i <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> #83-6 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT F~AY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet <br />at 7:10 P.M. on September 13, 1983, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, to pass upon the proposed assessment <br />of the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 163rd Avenue N.W. between the line of Okapi Street <br />N.W. and the east plat boundary of Woodlawn Estates <br /> <br />b) 164th Circle between the line of Marmoset Street N.W. <br />west to its end at the cul de sac <br /> <br />c) 164th Avenue N.W. between the line of Okapi Street <br />N.W. and the west plat boundary of Woodlawn Estates <br /> <br />d) 164th Lane N.W. between the line of Okapi Street N.W. <br />and Marmoset Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) Marmoset Street N.W. between the line of 163rd Avenue <br />N.W. and the north plat boundary of Woodlawn Estates <br /> <br />f) Okapi Street N.W. between the line of 163rd Avenue <br />N.W. and 164th Lane N.W. <br /> <br /> The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at <br />my office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting, <br />but the Council may consider any objections to the amount of a proposed in- <br />dividual assessment at an adjourned meeting upon such further notice to the <br />affected property owners as it deems advisable. <br /> <br /> An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon <br />the Mayor or City Administrator/Clerk of the City within 30 days after the <br />adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the district court <br />within ten days after service upon the Mayor or City Administrator/Clerk; <br />however, no appeal may be taken as to the amount of an individual assess- <br />ment unless a written objection signed by the affected property owner is <br />filed with the City Administrator/Clerk prior to the assessment hearing or <br />presented to the presiding officer at the hearing. <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
