Please <br /> refer to resolution file for Resolution #83- . <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting yes . <br /> Voting no . <br /> <br />CASE #2: AMENDING OF COMP~R~RNSIVE PLAN $~.% LINE: <br /> <br /> Enclosure (D2-i) contains a map showing the new proposed MUSA Line for <br /> <br /> your consideration: <br /> <br /> There have been eight 40 acre parcels deleted, and the reaso~ for this are <br /> <br /> a) Oakridge Estates was deleted because they have 2% to 5 acre lots <br /> in their development and there is not a need foreseen for sewer in that <br /> plat. <br /> <br /> b) The area deleted in the upper northeast side of the City borders <br /> Troot Brook which is basically wetland areas. Further, we do not want <br /> to be Trott Brook. <br /> taking <br /> sewer <br /> across <br /> <br /> There have been eight 40 acre parcels added, and the reasons for this are <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> a) Whispering Pines Estates, Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3 & Forest <br /> Hideaway were added because they all have one acre sized lots and may need <br /> sewer sometime into the future. <br /> <br /> b) Shady Lawn Estates is also in the same category as the above listed <br /> in that have lots and need sometime into <br /> plats <br /> they <br /> one <br /> acre <br /> may <br /> sewer <br /> the future. <br /> <br />The City Engineer will cover all of the above in further detail at the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove.
