Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 383-123 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State Statutes of the State of Minnesota <br />require local units of government to control all noxious weeds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Code Chapter 110.14 states that the City <br />of Ramsey will enforce their code in destroying weeds. <br /> <br />BOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) It is directed that Mr. Bruce Bacon serve as Deputy <br />Weed Inspector for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> a) Effective date: July 26, 1983 <br /> <br />b) Hourly wage: $5.25 <br /> <br />c) Mileage: 20C/mile <br /> <br />d) Duties as outlined in Chapter 110.14 of the <br /> City Code. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator will establish administrative <br />procedure in regards to responding to calls on how he should perform <br />said duties of Deputy Weed Inspector. <br /> <br /> 3) It is directed that a copy of this resolution be <br />furnished to the City Accountant and the Deputy Weed Inspector. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, Schlueter <br />and Van Wagner <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of July, 1983. <br /> <br />Ma yo r <br /> <br /> / ~ ~ I hereby acknowledge receipt of this <br /> ~/// // resolution: <br /> <br /> <br />
