Chairman Peterson informed the audience that this recommendation will now <br />go before Council for their approval. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission recessed at 9:50 p.m. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Commissioner LaDue dismissed himself from the meeting at this time. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the meeting back to order at 10:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #5:~ Development Of The Five Year Capital Improvement Program Budget (CIPB): <br /> <br />Chairman <br />the CIP <br />out in tonic <br /> <br /> stated that he and ~mnissioners Deemer and Zimmerman attended <br /> The workshop presentation dealt with those items spelled <br />P&Z agenda and in addition, Mr. Schnelle added Personnel Needs. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Chairman stated that he needs two other members from P&Z to work with <br />him on the CiPB this will entitle meeting with City Staff, Public Works <br />people, Park Commi: ion and Police personnel. He further commented that the <br />CIPB should be to Council by the end of November or the first part <br />of December. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Commissioners Zimmerman <br />and City Administrator <br /> <br />Deemer volunteered to work with Chairman Peterson <br /> on the CIPB. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that one for Council discussion at their special meeting <br />of August 15, 1983 will be site design plan ordinances. Council has eased <br />up during the recessionaryperiod, ome plats have received extensions in time <br />and now that the recession is over plats should be reviewed and all site <br />and design plans should be treated lly. <br /> <br />Case #6: Review Of All UMB 2 <br /> <br />nators: <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that there are 3 <br />City was rezoned these three parcels were <br />in a residential area and were zoned UMB 2 <br />rezone the entire area UMB which would have <br />the City did not want.
