Chairman Peterson thanked Mr. Schnelle <br /> agenda and stated that he hoped it would become a <br /> and Zoning Commission agenda· <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson welcomed <br />Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />· Duane Kennen as a member of the Planning and <br /> <br />Case #1: Request For A <br /> <br />Use Permit; Case Of Mrs. David Prahl: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and <br />the proposed findings of fact for <br />Mrs. David Prahl. <br /> <br />conded by Commissioner Isakson to adopt <br /> conditional use permit request of <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman <br />Zimmerman, Deemer, Isakson, Schneider <br /> <br />, Commissioners Kennen, <br />· Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schneider noted that there is <br />to operate in an area zoned for commercial <br />beauty shops making it for this particular <br /> <br /> shop in Ramsey that is trying <br />how difficult are all the in-home <br /> to maintain a profitable business. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg stated that he has talked with the owner ~f that particular shop and <br />she has expressed that business is better than she it to be. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Isakson and seconded by oner Schneider to <br />recommend approval of this request contingent upon the entering into <br />a conditional use permit agreement. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Deemer inquired if the agreement would be <br />with Mr. or Mrs. David Prahl. Chairman Peterson stated that~he agreement would <br />be with whoever made the application· ~ <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners ~nnen, Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, Isakson, Schneider and r~ue. Voting No: None. ~ <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson informed Mrs. Prahl that her request will- be- on ts Council's <br />August 23, 1983 agenda and it is to her benefit to attend that meeting. <br /> <br />Case #2: Prel.'.~minar~ Approval Request For Rum River Hills Planned Unit <br /> Development: <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson stated that P&Z's decision whether or not to grant preliminary <br /> <br />P&Z/August 2, 1983 <br /> <br /> <br />
