m <br /> <br />il <br />~m <br /> <br />Councilman <br />moved for i~-~-d6p--t-ion: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83- <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has prepared and adopted a Comprehensive Plan <br />as required by the State Land Planning Act; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan shows the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission's Sanitary Sewer District No. 3 Boundary on Map 7, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission's Sanitary Sewer <br />District No. 3 Boundary splits several lots and subdivisions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> l) The Metropolitan Waste Control Commission's Sanitary Sewer District <br />No. 3 boundary be amended as shown on revised Map 7 of the Comprehensive Plan <br />contingent upon Metropolitan Council review and approval. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator is directed to forward this resolution along <br />with all necessary Comprehensive Plan revisions required to amend the Sanitary <br />Sewer District No. $ to the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />m <br />m <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />~-o~ed in fa~o~ thereof: <br /> <br />m <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />m <br />I <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the day of , 19 <br /> <br />m <br /> <br />m ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />m <br /> City A~dmi ni strator <br /> <br /> <br />
