L. Shiely Company <br /> <br />$11,097.60 <br />$10,585.60 <br /> <br />Bryan Rock Products, Inc. agreed to give a $320.00 discount for prompt payment, <br />however, the discounted price is still higher than the bid made by the J. L. <br />Shiely Company. We, therefore, recommend that the City accept J. L.
