I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on August 23, 1983, the City Administrator/Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the following streets improved by seal- coating: a) 140th Lane N.W. between the line of Germanium Street N.W. and Fluorine Street N.W. b) 142nd Avenue N.Wo between the west plat boundary of Flintwood Hills and east to its end at the cul de sac c) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of County Road No. 116 (Industry Avenue N.W.) to 142nd Avenue N.W. d) Fluorine Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. north to its end at the cul de sac AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk has notified the Ramsey City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 13th day of September, 1983, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:25 P.M. to pass upon such pro~ posed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The City A~m~nistrator/Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause ma~led notice to be g~ven to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll less than two weeks prior to the hearing.
