The <br />location and results of said tests shall be made available to the City. <br /> <br />170.039U SIDE~AL~S AND PEDESTRIAN ~AYS <br /> <br />All sidewalks and pedestrian waYs required by the City shall be constructed of a <br />four inch (4") concrete placed on a four inch (4") gravel based. Grades shall <br />be approved by the City Engineer. Sidewalks shall be placed in the public <br />right-of-way one foot (1') from the property line and shall be a width <br />designated by the City. <br /> <br />170.039V <br /> <br />PUBLIC UTILITIES <br /> <br />In dl residential zoned subdivisions, all telephone, electric and gas <br />service lines shall be placed underground within dedicated public ways <br />or recorded easements in such manner as not to conflict with other <br />underground services. All underground installation of service lines <br />within street right-of-~ay~shall be completed in a manner which will <br />not disturb street surfacing. Upon completion of the installation of <br />underground service lines in dedicated public ways, a tracing and two <br />(2) copies of plans and specifications showing the completed <br />installation 8hall be filed with the Zoning Officer. <br /> <br />2. All utility poles, except those providing street lighting, shall be <br /> placed in rear lot line easements where feasible. <br /> <br />Ail underground utility service lines, including water, drainage and <br />sanitary sewer systems ~hich traverse private property, shall be <br />installed within recorded easements. <br /> <br />170.0310 FINkL PLAT <br /> <br />170.0310A PROCEDURE <br /> <br />Prior to the City Council approval of a final plat, the following procedures <br />shall be followed: <br /> <br />~ithin six (6) months following approval of the preliminary plat, <br />unless an extension of time is requested in writing by the subdivider <br />and granted by the City Council, the subdivider shall file six (6) <br />copies of the final plat, together with any necessary supplementary <br />information, with the Zoning Officer. The final plat shall incorporate <br />all changes required by the City Council. If a final plat covering <br />or a portion of the preliminary plat is not filed within six (6) months <br />following approval of the preliminary plat, the approval of the <br />preliminary plat shall be considered void. <br /> <br />2. At the time of filing the final plat with the Zoning Officer, the <br /> subdivider shall also provide the Zoning Officer with an abstract of <br /> <br /> <br />
