The ~aximum highwater level, present rater level and benchmark as defined in Department of Conservation Regulations and itatewide Standards and Criteria for management of shoreland areas of Hlnnesota; 16. Statement dedicatinE all streets, alleys and other public areas not previously dedicated as follows: Streets, alleys and other public areas sho~n on this plat and not heretofore dedicated to public use are hereby so dedicated; 17. Name and address of developer and the surveyor preparing the plat; 18. AttorneyJs approval of title; and 19. An appropriate statement dedicating all easements not previously dedicated. 20. A reproducable copy of the final plat shall be prepared as an address map in accordance vith City and County policy and shallinclude ail addresses of lots platted. 170.0310E FINAL PLATS, CERTIFICATION The final plat shall contain the following certifications: Notarized certificates by o~ner or by any mortgage holder of record of the adoption of the plat and the dedication of streets and other public areas; Notarized certification by a registered land surveyor to the effect that the plat represents a survey made by him and that montments and markers sho~n therein exist as located and that all dimensional and geodetic details are correct; Certification showing that all taxes and special assessments or fees imposed in lieu thereof due on the property have been paid in full; Space for certificates of approval to be filled in by the si~natures of the Chairman of the Planning Co~tssion, the Hayor, the City Administrator and the City Engineer; Private restrictions and trusteeships and their duration. Should such restrictions and trusteeships be of such length as to make the lettering of same on plat impracticable and thus necessitate the preparation of a separate instruments, reference to such instrtunents shall be made on the plat and the book and page number referring to the instrument shall be added to the plat after the restrictions or trusteeship have been recorded; and 6. The form for approval of County authorities as required.
