The application shall be supplemented with maps, plans or other data <br />which may aid in an analysis of the matter. The application shall be referred <br />to the Planning Commission for its recommendation and written report to the City <br />Council for its final action. A fee shall be charged for variance applications <br />as set by City Council resolution. <br /> <br />170.0318C CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />No variance shall be granted by the City Council unless it shall have received <br />the majority vote of the Council. The City Council shall make ~rritten findings <br />and conclusions of its action on the variance application, which findings and <br />conclusions shall be recorded in the Council's official minutes. <br /> <br />Section 2.
