For the purpose of this paragraph, the <br /> cost of a 'typical residential street' shall be defined as <br /> the cost determined annually based on the construction costs <br /> during that year for each type of street constructed to <br /> current City Standards. <br /> 2)Remainder of cost is paid by H.S.A. <br />b. Residential Street <br /> 1) Assess the total cost on a unit ~ethod or front foot basis. <br /> <br />2. In New Developments <br /> a. Assess total cost on a unit method <br /> <br />Seal Coating <br />a. Assess total cost on a front foot or unit basis, <br />b. H.S.A. funds on M.S.A. streets. <br /> <br />Haintenance <br />a. Current Revenue <br />b. H.S.A. Funds <br /> <br />210.0112B <br /> <br />SANITARY S~R <br /> <br />Improvement <br />a.
